Marking Agent for Plastic Explosives

The Internation Convention on the Marking of Plastic Explosives for the Purpose of Detection requires a approved chemical marking agent to be added to plastic explosives. 2,3-dimethyl-2,3-dinitrobutane (DMDNB) is currently the preferred marking agent for many of these explosives. This process is available for licencing to a US Goverment approved organization.
