Accelerate the reactions of epoxy resins

 

Dimension Technology Chemical Systems, Inc. (DTCS), offers a series of Hycat™ Catalysts that accelerate the reaction of epoxy resins with anhydrides, carboxylic acids, and imides. Hycat™ catalysts are based on metal carboxylate and organophoshorous compounds. It is well known and documented in literature that metal carboxylates have found wide spread application as epoxy cure catalysts. Continued research at Dimension Technology Chemical Systems, Inc. has expanded the application of these catalysts to the reaction of other chemical systems, including the reactions of: 

 

• Anhydrides with Oxetanes, Aziridines, Alcohols, Diols, Polyols and Thiiranes
• Carboxylic Acids with Oxetanes, Aziridines and Thiiranes
• Imides with Oxetanes
• Lactones with Epoxides, Alcohols, Diols and Polyols
• Carbonate Esters with Epoxides, Aziridines, Alchohols, Diols, and Polyols
